Event management platform for hospitality

Together with an Amsterdam-based hospitality group, we are developing an event management platform. Our software streamlines the entire event planning process from start to finish. I have been responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to design and development of both the front-end and back-end functionalities.

Throughout the design process, I have collaborated closely with the hospitality group to gather feedback, refine the product, and ensure that it fits the market needs.

We are currently in the final stages of the development process and hope to launch the first version soon.

We streamlined the sales process for venues by creating customizable inquiry forms for different event types and venues. By enabling venues to ask all the necessary questions upfront, we have significantly reduced communication back-and-forth. This empowers sales teams to have all the essential information they need to generate accurate quotations, making the process efficient and seamless.

As the next step, we are working towards enhancing the platform by allowing sales representatives to generate quotations directly within the platform, further simplifying the sales process.

Our form builder also offers customization options, allowing users to adjust the design to match the unique look and feel of each venue. This ensures that the inquiry forms seamlessly integrate with the venues website.
